Marker Dedication for Mr. Mosley
Join the Madison County Remembrance Project, District No. 17 Masonic Center, and the Equal Justice Initiative as we come together to dedicate Madison County’s first racial terror lynching historical marker, commemorating the life of Mr. Robert Mosley, who was lynched near this site on March 21, 1890. This event will honor his memory, acknowledge this tragic part of our history, and affirm our community’s commitment to justice and unity.
Rain or Shine (Event will be canceled in case of severe weather.)
Please join us for this special outdoor gathering, where we stand together in remembrance, healing, and hope for a more just future.
